Working in collaboration with data and business analysts and using Google analytics, Medallia and internal metrics data, I translate the most relevant information to be shared with stakeholders highlighting and revealing positive outcomes as well as pain-point areas that need be addressed.
Using interactive prototypes to test concepts and future implementations for various UX and UI projects I have been part of user research interviews and user testing sessions in-house and at nationwide research facilities.
Using wireframing tools like Lucidcart and Miro I visualize the content structures to be shared with designers, developers and stakeholders for current and future implementations of web and digital properties.
Part of the discovery and solution process resides in showcasing user flows in digital and large format print versions to address pain-points and provide solutions on functionalilty, content and/or UI best usability practices.
Wireframes are used to display the most relevant aspects of proposed improvements. They could be basic drawings or hybrid mockups that indicate placement for UI elements, copy and/or image assets.
During the design process early discoveries can be communicated to developers to integrate small foundational pieces of work into the sprint cycles even before the final designs are completed as part of the iterative agile approach.
High defintion designs are part of the final process in the form of mockups and interactive prototypes including art direction for images and in collaboration with copywriters adding actual content to represent the expected outcome, avoiding fake (ipsem lorum) content that could be misleading.
